Just started using V1 Golf and this combined with my golf instructor has been very beneficial! Seeing pro’s hit and my swing has enabled me to improve my game!

Have been using this app for years through my school. Love all the tools available for teaching. Also, when my school shut down I lost all my recorded videos from my school account. TJ and the crew here were more than happy to help me retrieve all of my videos and transfer them to my personal account. Can’t thank them enough.

I had a small problem with the app. I reached out to tech support and within 20 minutes they got back to me, assessed the problem and fixed it. Don was my advisor and provided great service.

Great video tool

IT successfully merged lesson videos from 2 accounts into a single account. I left an email and the change was made within a few hours. To have videos of all lessons at my fingertips helps me at the driving range and the course. I’m really impressed and happy with V1 golf. 🏌️‍♀️⛳️😊

I couldn’t find my old lessons. I messaged customer support and Lynn located them in a couple minutes and uploaded them to the app. Very efficient!

This app is great. Recently began lessons and the instructor mistakenly left out one digit in my email so I couldn’t see the lesson posted to my app. I contacted support and they swiftly found the video and moved it to the correct email address.

Be careful when looking to cancel! They will give you the runaround and then if your subscription renews, without any reminder emails, they are then unwilling to assist with cancellation.

I have used this app for a few years now and I believe it is still the best for coaching my daughter. I am able to draw lines, circles, do side by side comparisons and everything else you might want to do. This helps us both see clearly and comprehensively where an issue might be with her swing. It is a wonderful tool! Not to mention the app support from Don at V1 was attentive and very helpful!

Don assisted me with an issue on my account. He solved it in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t be happier.

I got fast and accurate help from Don at V1 Support!! I was having trouble with the audio playing through my bluetooth headphones while watching the Drills. I had recently renewed my subscription and I could only listen on devices main speaker. Anyway it was a quick fix.

If you find that the app isn’t for you make sure you cancel. Canceling is not easy and if get hit with charge and contact them immediately they basically say “screw you”. We got your money and lucky you can use an app for another year. Most companies will give you 7-10 days to cancel if you forget.

I had two accounts and wanted them combined. Don responded very quickly and made it happen. Very excited to use this powerful tool and know there are knowledgeable and professional technicians like Don to assist with any issues.

I had a problem with using the App. Don was great. He identified and solved my problem really fast!

The V1 video app on my iPhone is a great tool for explaining swing thoughts for my students. The drawing tool are easy to use and provides the student instant feedback on their progress. The App stopped working properly on my iPhone. By notifying customer service, they were able to fix the bug in a timely manner.

Be ready to actively manage subscription. No renewal warning, no warning of increased fee, can't cancelbin app or online. Have to send email to support to cancel.

I had an issue with the videos not playing. I emailed And got a quick response that fixed the issue.

What’s been going on with this app lately? Nine of the features are working. I can’t use any of the tools to analyze my videos.

Going on my 3rd year of subscription with V1. It’s setup to auto renew and I forgot to cancel prior to my next year so I was billed for the whole next year. Contacted customer service and let them know I had meant to cancel and asked if they could they make an exception since it was less than 24 hrs since I needed to cancel by to not be charged. They thanked me for being a loyal customer but sorry no refunds. To me this is not how you treat loyal customers who missed deadline by less than 24 hrs. I won’t be back.

My swing coach uses this to record parts of our lessons for visual feedback. I’ve also started using this app to record my swing regularly. Best part is the very responsive customer service team whenever I encounter issues. Big shoutout to Don for his help!

The V1 is as good as advertised, I had always been hesitant to get but once I got it I can’t stop using it to show my granddaughter her swing and what she need to work on. You could spend hours on it just learning from the top instructors especially my favorite Michael Breed, it you haven’t tried it your missing out. Shout out to JT who helped me get started on an issue I was having his feedback was quick and he didn’t hesitate to answer back.

Don responded extremely fast to aid my desire to sign in. I lost my password and Don helped immediately and even sent follow up notes to check on my future questions.

The models on the premium version look like they were shot in a calculator. Support won’t answer messages and the app hasn’t being updated for a long time.

My first time using a golf app and V1 has been working great , I like the tools the offer and the models you can use. They also have great tech support for any problems you may run into

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company handles renewals and cancellations. When visiting the “manage subscription” section, there’s no clear option to turn off automatic renewal or to cancel the account. My card on file was expired, yet they still managed to charge me $70—a 94% increase from $36 in 2022. I no longer use this app so I reached out politely to request a refund, but they refused, so now I’m forced to dispute the charge with my bank. I assumed an expired card would mean no renewal, but that wasn’t the case. Not allowing customers to cancel directly through the “manage subscription” link and charging renewal fees without clear consent feels deceptive. This approach to customer retention is both frustrating and unethical. I’d advise anyone considering this app subscription to be cautious.

I could not view my most recent lesson and corresponded with my instructor but we were not able to resolve the issue. Today I sent a text to tech support and got in touch with Don. Don was responsive and after a few messages was able resolve the issue. The V1 staff is amazing and supports the product very well. I should have contacted V1 earlier. Great job by Don.

Just started to use the app, so I’m a novice in that regard. Had a quick question via Chat and JT was quick to respond and help address my concerns. Sometimes Chat support is an automated bot and frustrating. That is not the case with JT and the V1 support team. Thanks again to JT rpl

My sons golf coach used the app so I bought it for a year I don’t ever recall seeing up for auto renewal, I’m always hesitant but I’m sure they made me do it when I signed up I Was notified of the annual subscription renewal at 2:39 pm 10/14, emailed back within 15 minutes to cancel and they basically said too bad Was never notified in advance about the pending renewal/charge and they refuse to refund an annual subscription chargers canceled within 15 minutes of the renewal Stay away- I guess they are desperate for suckers and shady renewal revenue

I had an issue with getting the videos my instructor sent. I reached out to V 1 and Lynn responded quickly. She determined that my instructor had mistyped my email address and she promptly corrected the issue and I received the videos! Kudos to Lynn! Job well done!

Haven’t used this app in years but wanted to review old lesson I had and they got me into the video so I could watch it again. They responded immediately which was nice too.

I had an issue with my lesson videos not showing up in my app. They found the issue and resolved it quickly. Great customer support.

I use the app, mostly for reviewing my own swings, and not to look at the various model swings or drills or things like that. Recently videos on my phone couldn’t play because the control bar with the play button and the tools button were hidden down at the bottom of the screen and you couldn’t access them. I wrote to support, and the support person (JT) worked with me over a series of days suggesting that I try this and try that, and then he reported it to the developers and they had several things for me to try. Finally with an update, it started working again. I’m not used to such good support for an app. Note: when I first wrote this review, I accidentally hit the wrong stars. I meant to leave a four star review not a one star review.

I was really hoping for good things with this app. That’s not gonna happen. I submit a video. Not analyzing anything. Terrible waste of time!!

With only two-weeks of use, we have seen and realized immediate performance results. A great tool for visualization and understanding!

Like the app when it’s working ok , had trouble opening the app at lesson time which was frustrating.hopefully the update has fixed the issue . Won’t know until my next lesson .Ido wish I could email the students their swings that would be a good feature. Drawing tools and side by side works well . Cant beat the price . Well worth it.
